- It’s 1 Cup of Self rising flour.
- You need 1 of Eggplant.
- Prepare as per taste of Marinara sauce.
- You need as needed of Mozzrela cheese.
- You need as required of Parmesan cheess.
- You need as per taste of Dry parsley.
- You need as required of Red chilli powder.
- Prepare 4-5 of Garlic.
- It’s as required of Bread crumbs.
- You need 1 pack of Angel hair pasta.
Eggplant parmigiana instructions
- In a bowl take 1 cup of self rising flour then add red chilli and parsley then little bit salt then make kind of dipping sauce.
- Then make a round slice of eggplant then fry it as much needed crunchier.
- Then again fry eggplant by dipping in self rising flour then make it crunchier.
- Now boil angel hair pasta.
- Now make marinara sauce by putting the garlic and parsley in tomato sauce and boil it.
- Then in 1 plate put the marinara sauce then arrange 3 or 4 eggplant then on top of eggplant put marinara sauce again then mozzarella cheese then on side put the angel hair pasta and on top of it put the marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese now bake that dish in oven.
- After cheese melted eggplant garnish with parmesen cheese,bread crumbs and parsley.
- Then on angel hair pasta garnish with same as above.
