  1. Rinse the spinach and basil leaves throughly well and chop them finely.
  2. Melt the butter in a wok and add the garlic.
  3. Sauté until brown and add the spinach leaves.
  4. Cook on Low heat until the leaves soften.
  5. Take off heat and keep aside.
  6. Boil water in a pan and add 1 teaspoon salt.
  7. Mix well until the salt dissolves and reduce heat.
  8. Add the lasagna sheets in batches and cook them until semi soft.
  9. Meanwhile place the ricotta cheese in a mixing bowl and mash it roughly.
  10. Add the parmesan and sautéed spinach-garlic mix.
  11. Season with salt to taste, basil leaves,oregano and chilli flakes.
